AMRUT (AICTE Millet Recipe Unleashing Talent) Was India’s first Campaign to promote millet to all across the world,  2023 has announced as  ” The International Year of Millets” and it was an opportunity to raise awareness of the multiple benefits of millets from nutrition, health and economic development. ALL India Council For Technical Education has organised such an incredible occurrences AMRUT- “AICTE Millet Recipe Unleashing Talent” a Millet recipe preparation competition for Students, Supporting Staff and Faculties from Approved Institutions from across the India to show their innovation and come out with unique and traditional recipes.
The Competition invites recipes in 3 categories: Staters (Breakfast &Snacks), Main Course (Lunch & Dinner) and Desert & Confectionaries under 3 sub- categories based on millet ratio 70% and above ,50-70% and 30-50%.and after the announcement of this competition the organisation got excellent response from all across india from different cities from which they selected 90 Teams this competition lasted for 1 year, in 2023 they have started and for Grand Finale the organisation invited 9 sub category to New Delhi . Winners of each sub category are awarded with certificates and a cash prize of 1 Lakh.

Now let’s appreciate the best moment of the competition for which we all have waited almost a year “The Result” from all the participants across India. The best taste and presentation comes as a winner. In the end we got nine teams as winners of the Biggest competition for millet recipes “AMRUT” the winners were announced in three different categories and in each category there were three  winners.

All the winners were facilitated by Certificate and 1 lac of cash prize by the chef guest and Jurys and after a year of efforts, the first ever campaign for promoting millet had been well appreciated all across India and got huge success. We wish luck to the organisation and government to come up with different trantionals in future so that India can again know, we have the best culture in the world.
